Very helpful staff. Free Unlimited Wifi wich is not available in every hostel in Roma... (Be careful about this). Some things that we were not looking for when booking but that were nice: jacuzzi in the room, gym......

Being a family with older children we really liked the idea of connecting rooms as we did not want two separate rooms. The rooms were very clean with good quality beds and clean bath rooms. The quality and service on whole...

The room was very clean and spacious. We loved the jaccuzi.
The hotel is located very near rail road tracks and every ten minutes a train passes and causes noise and a little shaking (we were on the 1st floor). If you have troubles with noise this may be a problem for some. Also the night shift woman at the reception desk (I think her name was Mirta) was very strict and a little rude (bad attitude) which did not fit in with a 4star hotel. Another thing that must be noted is that the streets around the hotel are very dangerous at night. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which takes you to all the attractions you may want to see ( its safe) but if you want to walk it may be a little unsafe after dark.

Staff was excellent, spoke very well english, dressed very proper and nice, and were very very helpful and friendly. It was our honeymoon adventure, and the hotel was kind enough to give us a bottle of really nice proseco. On the side of the hotel itself, we found heaven down a wide alley way, at 1 am filled with young hip locals, tons of restaurants and bars to choose from. The food was amazing and well priced. The bus stop was right out of the front of the hotel. Easily accesible.
Location was a bit further than we expected.
